Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to operate in the state of Utah. Our license number is 12707838-5501, and we carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance to protect both our clients and crew. We’re also happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
How long will my project take?
Every project is unique, but we always provide a detailed schedule during the planning phase. Once we assess your scope of work, we’ll create a realistic timeline with milestones and updates throughout. We prioritize communication and transparency to keep things on track and avoid surprises.
How do you handle changes or unexpected issues during the project?
If there’s a change in scope or an unexpected issue—like hidden damage or material delays—we’ll stop and communicate with you immediately. You’ll get a written change order with pricing and time adjustments before any extra work is done. No surprises, no hidden fees.
What’s your payment schedule?
We typically follow a progress payment schedule based on project milestones. For example, you might pay a deposit up front, then additional draws as major phases are completed (framing, rough-ins, finishes, etc.). We’ll outline everything clearly in the contract so you know exactly what to expect.
